Dr. Jagpreet Singh Bhatia completed his MBBS from Bharti Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune in 2005, and DNB (Pediatrics) from New Delhi in 2010. After completing his MBBS. He gained an experience of over 10 years before joining Sehgal Neo Hospital. Post completion of his MBBS, he was bestowed with the opportunity to work as a DNB Trainee at Mata Chanan Devi Hospital, JanakPuri, New Delhi; Senior Resident in Pediatrics at Jaipur Golden Hospital, New Delhi; and Senior Resident (Regular) at Bhagwan Mahavir Govt. Hospital, Pitampura, and New Delhi. After that he worked as consultant, Pediatrics and Neonatology for 6 years before joining our hospital with Columbia Asia Hospital, Palam Vihar. Apart from academics, he has a keen interest in extra-curricular activities too and has attended numerous CME’s and workshops. An example of the thesis that he has authored is ‘Incidence of ROP and its correlation with neonatal risk factors’ which was accepted by Diplomate of National Boards in 2010. He stood as the Runner-up in the ‘Intercollegiate Pediatric Quiz Competition’ at BVPMC, Pune, which showcases his intellect and knowledge in the field of Pediatrics. Dr Bhatia specializes in Pediatrics and Neonatal Procedures, Emergencies and Critical Care and Mechanical Ventilation.
